Who is New Lens best suited to? (which levels of employees?)

Individual contributors and new or experienced managers with 5-15 years of work experience will see transformational results, whether working remotely or in the office. Companies often leverage it as a robust learning and development program for budget-constrained or high-priority groups such as emerging leaders, high-potential employees, or employees supported by  DEI initiatives. New Lens automatically personalizes the learning experience for each person based on the user's self-assessment results and insights from each lesson. In addition, prior to implementation, the program content and order is tailored to support your organization’s priorities and goals.

Implementation

We offer three program options, all of which can be combined with a suite of services and tools for greater impact and connection. These range from executive coaching and webinars to workshops and discussion guides. New Lens can even enhance an existing program in your organization by adding new elements or integrating it into broader programs. 

How does New Lens promote accountability and track progress?

Participants track their progress through the app, but also receive reminders and metrics that elevate their accountability and help them notice their accomplishments. Additionally, action items help users apply the insights in their daily lives to accelerate their development. Participants have regularly scheduled time to share their learnings and progress with managers and peers. Lastly, sessions with our hands-on support team and regular reports keep you informed of your employees’ development as they advance through the program.

How does New Lens serve a hybrid or remote workforce?

New Lens is a flexible learning solution that can be implemented virtually. However, based on your company’s needs, components can be implemented in person if desired. 

What kind of support and resources does New Lens provide for managers or mentors?

Each manager is involved in the entire program from the kickoff meeting to weekly progress emails (to understand how their employees are progressing in the program) to one-on-one meetings with participants using our discussion guides. Downloadable exercises, reports, and discussion guides make it easy to engage mentors in the process as well.

How does New Lens fit into the work schedules of busy employees?

Employees can learn in just 5 minutes per day or 30 minutes per week. Bite-sized lessons make the content manageable and easy to apply and require only 2-7 minutes to complete.
